There are many ways to meditate and there are many additives you can add to deepen your meditation and healing process. Today I talk about meditation balls. These are round metal balls with a ball inside of them so they sound like bells when you twirl them around in your hands. The movement of the balls in your hands helps to relax your body and relieve stress. The movement is directly connected to the heart chakra and you may feel the tension release from your chest, the place where most of our stress is stored. You may feel an additional release throughout other areas of your body where the stress originated from.

When in meditation using meditation balls focus on the breath and allow yourself to relax. As you relax your body will naturally let go and detoxify from all stress! This is a great meditation to use in the morning, at night or even at work when you just need 5 minutes to get yourself grounded!
