Beginning Notes for the Kinetics of You

Here is a little peak at what I have been working on....... Taking holistic healing to the next level! These are the beginning notes for my next book I am working on called the Kinetics of you! Enjoy!

Energy must be measured by six variable contexts:
The first is through vibration rate. Quantum Theory and Kinetics show that to measure the power of energy such as electricity and cellular waves they have a higher vibrational rate therefore creating a more sparse form of physical consistency. It is in this sparse form that it makes it difficult to see these energies with the naked eye. The same can be said for spiritual energy as the vibrational rate is much higher than either of these forms of energy.

The second is through viscosity. While viscosity is usually used to measure a liquid form, upon working with energy it has become apparent that the vibrational rates create a varying density rate of vibration thus creating different consistency in the viscosity of the energy itself.  Resulting in light and thick contextual feelings consistent with that only found in liquid.

The third is through sound. Everything has a sound based on its vibrational rate. Things that are more physical produce a lower sound tone such as a rock. This is because of the density of the vibrational pattern. More sparse vibrational energies are more difficult to see but can be heard. We find evidence of this in hearing the energy of electricity in a silent room at the tone of high c. The more sparse the energy the higher the tone.

The fourth is through heat recognition. Energy in its more sparse forms creates a physical heat affect.

Energy can also be measured in negative, positive and neutral polarities of -1, 0, 1. In each side of these polarities also contains a negative, neutral and positive structure of -1, 0, 1. Neutral has often been referred to absolute zero. It is only in the absolute zero where the most efficient forms of transmutation can begin. In the first measurement of -1, 0, 1 you are measuring the type of energy vibration you are working with. This does not mean that it is good or bad it only talks of the density rate with the lowest form of density vibrating at the negative polarity and the sparsest form of energy vibrating at the positive polarity. The second measurement of -1, 0, 1 is found in the negative or positive contextually. This explained in the first measurement we have hate (-1), neutral (0), and love (1). If I am in the positive side of energy I am in love, but that does not mean that I am in a good form of love. In the second measurement we see this reflection as in love there can be under loving/neglectful (-1), balanced love (0), and over loving obsessive/smothering (1). On the opposite in (-1) hate there can be loathing/deep-seeded hatred, general dislike (0), discontent (1).

Energy of creation. Extended forms of vibrational energy is being in the absolute zero of the negative polarity which is a more physical form of energy and learning to vibrate at the same resolution as that found in the absolute zero of its polar opposite. This creates the ultimate balance of yin/yang affect. Although this is a difficult balance to achieve it is one of great power and creation. It is in this energy that we find the greatest potency for creation. It is equivalent to that of the creation of life. We see in nature that the best plants come from soils in which a form of death has happened. The Ying is the energy of death or that which is most negative. It is the most fertile of energies. When you introduce the Yang or that which is most positive into it you open the pathways of creation. 

Transmutation of energy happens when you are able to switch the polarities of the energy through learning to control you through your thoughts, emotions and reactions.

Reading With Oracle Cards Vs. Tarot Cards

Some people ask what is the difference in reading with Oracle Cards vs. Tarot Cards? While the cards can cross the lines into each other depending on the reader, the general difference between Oracle Cards & Tarot Cards is that they each give a different perspective. Tarot Cards define a path and can show a linear timeline of events making it easier to detail the situations you are in, have been in, and are going to face. Oracle Cards take a deeper look into where you are, where you have been, and where you are going. You gain a deeper look at your path, while also gaining a deeper look into who you are internally. Right now my path is dark when reading my Tarot Cards. This is due to having so much change going on in my life. My Tarot Cards keep saying live life one moment at a time. This is good direction and advice, however when you are in this much darkness from change you have to deal with the fears of the unknown and the constant yanking of the change. The chaos can drive a person mad. I have many different Oracle Cards, the one in the picture below is the Goddess Guidance Oracle Cards by Doreen Virtue, Ph.D. In this reading I was able to better understand the darkness I am walking through.

Brigit shows me I am on the right path. That it is important not to back down from what I believe in. I am going to make a future note here. (Just because you do not back down from a belief does not mean that you have to allow yourself to be controlled by the fear of what you are facing).

Butterfly Maiden shows me that I am in the hardest part of Transformation and that is the final death of change. As I watch the final parts of the caterpillar becoming the butterfly there is a form of living death that happens. It is a transition from letting go of who the caterpillar was and facing the transition of becoming the unknown. In this you have to let go of the fear of who you were, what you are becoming and who you will be. In reading the words I know that this enormous change I am facing will be a good one. I can feel the words resonant with my being. This is a very deep card for me in this reading because it speaks of and shows me the many fears I have to let go of. It also shows me the fears of everyone else who is apart of this change. Through this I can see where and how our lives will separate. I can see our divided paths. Most of all I can finally see the freedom from the darkness I have been desiring.

Green Tara was another powerful card. So often for those of us who are very independent we do not like to ask for help nor do we like to really talk about what we are going through. We feel like a burden to others and do not ask for help very often. A lot of this stems from when we ask for help from the people we trust we get shunned because they do not have the strength to help us. It is easier to put us down or try to put us in a closet to make us and the problem go away. In some cases this is because it is something that they reflect into their lives that they are not ready to face. This makes it difficult for strong people to reach out because they tend to find that they are the strongest people they know. From this card I can begin to see the blocks that I put up to protect myself. I have asked for guidance over the last few weeks many times from the universe and I always receive help, but not always in the way that I would have liked help. But knowing that every time is not the last time I asked for help from the universe when I did my meditation after this reading and found much guidance. I found myself wrapped in positive love inside and out. This allowed me to work through letting go and separating myself from my fears.

Maat really made me understand that Fairness is apart of where I am. It showed me the in balance that I am facing because of being in the middle of change. Much of what I am going through does not seem fair and it does hurt. Yet in her eyes I could see a calming and I could hear her telling me that I am going through all this at this moment because it is the time for me to let all of this go. The fairness is in me being separated from my past and allowing me to be free. In this it allows others to be freed as well. I can see them taking their own journey to face themselves. No longer am I to be responsible for their energy or lesson. This is very powerful to me. I have spent many years being responsible for the actions of others. I am finally freeing myself from this habit pattern.

Ostara is all about Fertility. This is another powerful card. It showed me that what I am putting into life has not only been sown, but it is growing all around me. I got to see the beginning stages of a plant changing from a seed into a seedling. We do not always see the amazing change that is happening during this time. I could see all the positive energy I am growing becoming the life around me. When you are in the darkness of change you can feel like a starving farmer who is waiting as patiently as they can to see what if any of the seeds they have planted are going to grow. It is a nervous and scary time where self doubt can feed on fear. Much like waiting for the pot to boil it is not the pot boiling that creates the fear, but the desperateness of the situation that is fueling the fear. In this card I found peace from the waiting.

Finally Athena told me to trust my Inner Wisdom. In this card I got a chance to really sit with my fear. I sat with how I would feel if one of the people came back into my life. I realized that I am scared about the people I am separating myself from having any control over my life. They cause so much hurt from their lies. So much pain from them delighting in having control over someone as strong as me because they have no control over themselves. These people play a significant role in me and my children's lives and in my mother instinct I am not only trying to protect myself I am also trying to protect my children. I had to begin to let go of the fear of them having any form of influence in my life. This one was not as easy to face as it had all the pain of what I have gone through attached to it. That pain created the fear of my future and their future. I could see the walls I put up to keep people out and how they cannot protect me. I could see the proper boundaries that I put up and how they would protect me and allow me to let go of this fear and thus let go of the influence they have in my life.

After this reading came a deep meditation where I really looked at myself and what I am holding on to. It really showed me where I am at in life. As you can see you get a look into the path that you are on, but it is more of an abstract guiding light. All forms of cards are intended to be used to show us how to work through who we are and our blocks towards balancing ourselves completely. When used properly both Tarot & Oracle Cards are a way to answer the difficult questions in life. It is said that path of life is hidden in Tarot Cards and it is. When we take the focus off the external and work internally the cards guide us to the path of the divine within us. We have to have the courage, integrity, strength, loyalty, focus, and drive to take the long road to our best highest good. These cards are not for play. They are not a hobby to find out is this person cheating on me? They are about understanding the physical road on our spiritual journey.

Mala Affirmations to Let Go of the Past & Live In the Present

Today's Mala Affirmations are for those who have lived through life and have a past they can't stop thinking about or reliving. This is because a portion of you is still tied to the past. When we get this tied to the past it not only affects our future, but it also tears apart our present. In some cases it can get so bad that it can suck any possible positive future out of our lives. I got the wonderful opportunity to sit down with an old soul Native American Medicine Man who said that when we need to focus on prayers and work in order to let go of the past. In thinking about energy from this perspective I deeper understood the power of daily concentration and focus. Sometimes we are doing our work and life sends us a reminder to keep continuing our path because what we are doing is working. Today's Mala Affirmations are direct focus on three parts, 1) Letting Go, 2) Transitioning from One State of Mind to Another, 3) Conditioning the Focus to the Desired Focus & Intent. There are three times you go around the Mala in total. Each time focusing on one of the three parts. The first time around you say the first affirmation. The second time around the second affirmation. The third time around the third affirmation. Focus only on the words. Let go of any thoughts or emotions that come up as you say each affirmation. The power of change is in your words.

Affirmation 1: I Let Go of the Anger, Worry & Fear Created From the Expeiences of My Past

Affirmation 2: I Let Go of My Need For Paranoid Control & Replace it with Self Love & Self Trust

Affirmation 3: I am Peace, I am Present, I am Love Inside of Me.

Learning to Feel Comfort In Being Happy

For many of us it is not a problem with wanting or desiring to be happy it is trying to feel comfortable with being happy all the time. When we go through extended periods of hardships we become naturally nervous and fearful of what is to come next. This creates a mistrust inside of us. We get particularly fearful of those who are nice to us. At least we know what to expect of the people we do not trust. This feeling of fear not only resonates externally, but internally as well. It is in our thought patterns and how we work with others or choose to let others in. In many cases it is the direct reason we keep letting people in who are toxic for us, because our way of thinking does not allow us to see everything at first. So how do I move through this?

The answer sounds simple, but it is not simple at all. We have to walk through the fear of being happy. It is not about focusing on what could happen it is only about focusing on the happiness. This is a minimum 8 month commitment to change and a maximum of 5 years when you choose to do this. It is filled with daily repetition and reminders to retrain the way we think, feel, act, react, and live. When our minds begin to focus on the negative and we just want to talk about what is bothering us we learn to let go of the urge and focus only on being at peace and letting go of what drags us down. We do not have to be in a constant state of fighting to be able to live. While there are some things and people who bring us trauma we learn to not let them matter anymore. This does not mean that they will not be punished or held accountable for what they have done. It means that you will not let their actions continually drag you and your life down. In your success in being happy you will not let them have anymore power over you and your life.

Do not get mad at yourself if you find yourself in negative thoughts, actions, reactions or patterns! This is important. Recognize where you are and simply correct it. There will be times where you have to work extra hard to get out of your own head and way, but over time you will learn to become happy just for the sake of being happy.

The one thing we know about the past is that it has already happened. There is nothing else we can do about it. The one thing we know about the future is that we create it from our present actions, thoughts, emotions, and reactions to life. So the most important moment we can live in is the present. Learn that being happy does not mean that you become a beating pole for others to take advantage of. Set proper and appropriate boundaries. React in a way that allows you to stand up for yourself, but then do not hold onto what happened. It is when we play and replay events in our heads that we let go of our control and happiness in the moment. We continue to allow the person who hurt or disrespected us to have present power over our life. At this point their actions are controlling our future and it is us who is letting them. Setting a proper boundary, standing up for yourself, and not letting them have power over your present are all ways that you are taking control over your past, present and future. You are in control and are creating what you want from life.

Find time to just be at peace everyday at least twice a day. Listen to your thoughts. That which you are focused on the most is that which you are putting first in your life. Learn to change your thoughts to just being in the moment around you. If your environment is not in chaos at the moment then let go of the chaos inside and make that moment yours. One moment at a time you will find the change. Then positive things will flow into your life and all you will feel is the happiness you desire.

It is ok to be naturally happy. It is ok to be happy even when the world is falling apart. It is ok to let others go and learn to walk on their own. It is ok to let others go and learn to walk on your own. Most people who continually find them self in a victim role have to learn what it means not to always be a victim. At some point you have to become strong enough to let others go and live your own life. If you can support the lives of others you can support you.

Healing Work Deep Internal Meditation Using a Mala

In life our scars can give us power. They create a surge of strength from the anger that gives us the power to survive. That anger turns into a rooted form of strength. It helps us move through obstacles and times that we did not know we could move through. It also weakens our moments of possible peace. When you have been hurt you want to be able to defend yourself so that you can feel balanced. Knowing that you stood up for yourself allows you to feel secure and safe again. People who have been through extreme hurt get addicted to the power of that rage. They get stuck in continuous cycles of feeling the weakness from the pain and then use the power of anger to push through again. This will come in the forms of continuous thoughts that cycle and portion the blame to who has hurt them. The person who has been hurt gets stuck in this defense mode which prevents them from having completely healthy relationships with themselves. This can also cycle outward and prevent them from having healthy relationships with friends or family. You feed and fester on your thoughts. You reach out externally for help. Eventually the weight from what you are carrying becomes too much for others to carry and they have to walk away from you. You feel alone and scared and sad and betrayed. This is an unhealthy cycle and it all starts with you. None of us want it to start with us when we are the ones who have been hurt, but it shows a deeper weakness within us. One that only we can heal.

The healing process starts with your thoughts. Continuing to have the negative thoughts does not give you power it does just the opposite. It takes your power away. It perpetuates a negative energy void into your energy. (Negative not being bad, but scientific for drawing out of energy in using Positive energy you fill and take in. This can be just as bad when we take in too much.) In this negative void the thoughts you are filling it with are those of hurt and betrayal. So what you are putting into your life is hurt and betrayal. You are creating an external focus so you are never focused on healing you. This changes the energy format to putting those who hurt you first. That which you are thinking of is what you are putting first. This further takes away your power. A positive healthy person does not have to think about all these things because they do not see them, feel them or face them. They only see, think and feel the happiness. Many times we feel after we have been hurt that if we do not think about these things and hold the people that hurt us responsible for their actions that they can continue to hurt us. This is not true. Once the boundary has been set our ability to live a happy life then they will fade into their own world and have to deal with their own energy and what they have done. The transfer of energy shows us that when we let go of someone else's energy that it has no choice but to return to its source. Another idea people have is that they have to make the person pay for what they have done to become their discipline. The question becomes when do you stop taking responsibility for being their teacher and let God or Life be their teacher? It is not their destiny that you are responsible for it is yours. Send a good dose of healing energy and then walk away. Let life naturally teach them what they need to learn.

You need to focus on healing you. Your life cannot always be about the scars that you carry. Your life has to be about much more than that. So starting with your thoughts. Begin to make the only thoughts you think of be about love. Draw your energy into you. Stop trying to talk to people about what has hurt you. No more focus on what has hurt you. Your only focus is on love. It is a very powerful word. Every time you feel yourself thinking of this or wanting to reach out, ground into you and say the word "Love". After about the 15th time you do this you will begin to feel the grounded positive strength you are looking for. In following the traditions of the Mala (prayer beads) we need to say things 120 times to begin the power of creation. You have to become your own strength. Just like working out you cannot expect someone else to make you thinner or stronger. All this has to come from you. If you were to continue to ride on someone else's back as they ran on the treadmill you would eventually make them collapse. The strength of everything has to come from you working it out and working through it.

Purchasing a Mala is a great tool for healing. It allows you to work through knowing you said something 108 times. It is also an easy tool to help you get through this. You focus on the parts that hurt you, but only to find where you are weak. For each bead say love. Focus only on the word love. Do not allow yourself to think the negative thoughts that are in that space. Do not allow yourself to feel the hurt that is in that space. When you do feel love. You know what love is even if you have not received a lot of love in your life, because you have given a lot of love in your life. Start with giving yourself the love you give to others. Make yourself feel the way you make other people feel. Keep doing this daily as many times as you need it until you feel nothing but love and strength from that love. Til you do not think about the pain from your scars anymore.

Next create simple affirmations to say to yourself when you begin to feel the weakness throughout the day. As you feel yourself slipping say to yourself "I love you/me "You/I am beautiful" "You/I am Amazing" I put in a change of words because sometimes it just feels good to say you to yourself as if you are having someone talk to you and give you the comfort that you are needing.

This will not be an easy process, but the more you draw your energy into heal you the more your will help your scars to disappear. This will allow you to attract the relationships with life, self and others that you are looking for. Eventually that which has hurt you moves away from you and you have the most beautiful you that you can think of!

30 Day Meditation Challenge

Don't Hold Yourself Back

Sometimes life can really get us down. We can become so absorbed in the cumbersome parts of our mundane being that we cannot break free to accomplish even the simplest of our goals. As we continue to take on vast amounts of responsibility we can forget to just enjoy life and what we are doing. Some of the smallest successes seem impossible. Yet it is in the small successes that we learn to feel in control again. As you come through the stresses of life it is important to remember to take time to just stop and breathe. Some people say it is "stopping to smell the roses", but for me it is taking time out to sit in the parking lot on top of a mountain, or looking at the clouds make shapes. In some cases it is just taking time to read a book. These things are so simple yet sometimes we just do not have the luxury to afford them. When we finally clear away or organize all that holds us back we begin to have time to focus on self again. This is one of the best ways that you can love yourself. Motivation and life start in you. If you cannot make yourself happy then you will never find happiness! Today's post is about taking time to invest in you. Don't Hold Yourself Back! Learn to live within the moment. Even in a moment of drowning in stress and tears, find a way to press pause. Bring out your crazy side and say in this moment of I am crying and going crazy from everything that has to get done, I press pause. Take your moment, read a book, step outside, breathe in the natural air, then you can go back in and continue what you were doing before. This helps to relieve stress and anxiety when the world has given you more than you can handle! And if you are really into your crazy moment of pressing pause, take a few moments to accomplish a little thing. Something simple like publishing a book or scrubbing the bathtub. When you get done you will find that you have lifted your spirit, grounded your emotions, and helped open your mind so that you can go back to the heaviness of your thinking!
